As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an exceptional Senior Director, Attendee Excellence & Event Technology to define and lead the future of attendee experience across our global client portfolio.

This is a unique opportunity to shape one of the agency's most strategically important functions—bringing together attendee experience, event technology, registration, housing, customer service, sponsorship technology, attendee communications, websites and digital experiences into one connected ecosystem that sets a new benchmark for excellence.

Working closely with our Sponsorship Leadership team, you'll ensure sponsor, exhibitor and partner experiences are seamlessly connected to the attendee journey through innovative technology, operational excellence and scalable digital solutions.

Reporting to our Chief Client Officer, you'll provide strategic leadership for Nteractive's global Attendee Excellence & Event Technology function, shaping how thousands of attendees, sponsors and exhibitors experience our clients' events every year.

You'll define the vision, strategy and operating model for a connected experience ecosystem spanning registration, housing, event technology, sponsorship technology, event websites, attendee communications and customer service. Working across our global client portfolio, you'll ensure every attendee and sponsor touchpoint delivers a seamless, data-driven and exceptional experience.

Leading a high-performing, multidisciplinary team, you'll influence agency strategy, build trusted client relationships and drive innovation that positions Nteractive as a market leader in attendee experience, sponsorship technology and digital event solutions.

Executive Leadership

• Lead and evolve Nteractive's global Attendee Excellence & Event Technology function.
• Define the strategic vision and roadmap for attendee, sponsor and event technology experiences across all client programmes.
• Act as a key member of the Chief Client Officer's leadership team, contributing to wider agency strategy and growth.
• Build, inspire and develop high-performing leaders across multiple specialist disciplines.
• Drive innovation, operational excellence and continuous improvement across the department.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable and people-first culture that empowers teams to perform at their best.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Sponsorship, Client Services, Marketing, Creative Studio, Production and Event Services to deliver integrated client solutions.

Attendee Experience Strategy

• Define and deliver a best-in-class attendee experience strategy across live, hybrid and virtual events.
• Create connected attendee journeys spanning registration, housing, event websites, communications, customer service and onsite experiences.
• Ensure every attendee touchpoint is intuitive, consistent and designed around the customer experience.
• Drive continuous improvement through data, feedback and innovation.

Event Technology & Digital Platforms

• Own the strategic direction of Nteractive's attendee and event technology ecosystem.
• Oversee registration platforms, housing systems, event websites, mobile applications, attendee communications and customer service technologies.
• Develop executive partnerships with strategic technology providers including RainFocus, Cvent, Passkey and other industry-leading platforms.
• Champion AI, automation and emerging technologies that enhance attendee engagement, operational efficiency and business insight.
• Ensure platforms and systems work seamlessly together to create a fully connected attendee ecosystem.

Sponsorship Experiences & Technology

• Partner closely with Nteractive's Sponsorship Leadership team to align attendee and sponsorship technology strategies.
• Ensure sponsor and exhibitor experiences are fully integrated into registration systems, attendee platforms, mobile applications and event technology ecosystems.
• Define operational standards, scalable processes and best practice for sponsor portals, lead capture, appointment programmes, exhibitor management and sponsor communications.
• Drive innovation in how sponsors engage with attendees before, during and after events through digital platforms and technology-enabled experiences.
• Collaborate across Client Services, Creative Studio, Production, Event Services and Sponsorship teams to create seamless end-to-end experiences for sponsors, exhibitors, partners and attendees.
• Identify opportunities to expand Nteractive's sponsorship technology capabilities and develop new technology-enabled services for clients.

Client Partnership

• Build trusted executive-level relationships with global clients.
• Act as a strategic advisor on attendee experience, sponsorship technology, event technology and digital engagement.
• Guide clients using data-led insight, helping them continuously improve attendee satisfaction, sponsor engagement and business outcomes.
• Ensure proactive communication, transparency and confidence throughout programme delivery.

Operational Excellence

• Lead global Registration, Housing, Event Technology, Event Websites and Attendee Services teams.
• Ensure consistent service delivery and operational excellence across every client programme.
• Develop scalable operating models that support growth while maintaining quality.
• Drive governance, quality assurance, documentation and continuous process improvement across the function.

Commercial Growth

• Own departmental budgets, utilisation and third-party spend.
• Support major client pitches, proposals and new business opportunities.
• Represent Nteractive externally through thought leadership, industry events and strategic partnerships.
• Position Nteractive as a recognised leader in attendee experience, sponsorship technology and digital event delivery.
• Drive growth of Nteractive's sponsorship technology capabilities and sponsor-facing digital solutions across the agency.

We're looking for an inspirational leader who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence and understands how technology can transform attendee and sponsor experiences.

You'll ideally have:

• Significant leadership experience across attendee management, event technology or event operations within a global events agency or corporate events environment.
• Extensive experience delivering complex global event programmes.
• Deep knowledge of registration, housing, event websites and attendee management platforms.
• Experience integrating sponsorship, exhibitor or partner technologies into wider attendee platforms and digital experiences.
• Experience working with technologies such as RainFocus, Cvent, Passkey and similar enterprise event platforms.
• Strong understanding of UX, digital experiences, event communications and customer journeys.
• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams across multiple regions.
• Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for budgets, forecasting and financial performance.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
• Confidence translating complex data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience driving operational transformation, process improvement and scalable delivery models.
• An interest in AI, automation and emerging event technologies.
