We’re looking for an experienced Creative Studio Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and resourcing of our Creative Studio. This is a pivotal role focused on ensuring the studio runs smoothly — balancing workloads, improving workflows, and supporting creative teams to deliver high-quality work on time.

Working closely with the Global Co-Heads of Creative and Operations Manager, you’ll bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to a fast-paced creative environment, enabling teams to focus on producing exceptional work.

Freelancer & Team Support

  • Manage onboarding and integration of freelancers and new creatives
  • Oversee freelancer contracting and processes (Egnyte, oneXRM, DocuSign, Skills Workflow)
  • Support teams to ensure clarity on processes, expectations, and tools

Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain and evolve studio processes, systems, and documentation
  • Drive efficiency, consistency, and adoption of best practices
  • Improve communication channels and ways of working

Studio Culture

  • Act as a cultural guardian, promoting collaboration, accountability, and proactive communication
  • Create an environment where creativity can thrive alongside structure

What you will bring

  • Proven experience in a Studio Manager, Resource Manager, or Creative Operations role
  • Events agency experience preferable
  • Strong understanding of creative and production processes (2D, 3D, motion, events, experiential)
  • Experience managing resource planning, workflows, and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Confidence leading meetings and influencing stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills across multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience with tools such as Monday.com (or similar), Excel, Teams, Office365

Why you'll love working here

  • Be part of a fast-growing global events agency
  • Work with a talented, collaborative creative team
  • Play a key role in shaping how our studio operates and scales
  • High-energy, supportive, and creative environment
  • Opportunity to drive real impact across global projects

Benefits

  • 33 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays)
  • Hybrid working with flexibility
  • Pension scheme (5% employee / 3% employer)
  • Private Medical Insurance & Cash Plan

Additional requirements

  • Ability to work remotely with occasional office attendance as needed
  • Suitable home working environment
  • Minimum broadband speed: 25MB download / 2MB upload
