What you'll be doing

As Director of Client Services, you will be the executive lead for one of Nteractive’s confidential flagship accounts, driving strategic growth, exceptional service delivery, and long-term partnership success.

You will act as the primary client owner and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, leading internal teams to deliver outstanding programs while maximizing account profitability and identifying new growth opportunities.

This is a senior leadership role for a commercially minded, client-focused professional who thrives in fast-paced, global environments.

  • Serve as the executive lead and primary point of contact for the confidential account

  • Build deep, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders

  • Ensure flawless execution of projects, events, and global programs

  • Lead and inspire embedded Nteractive teams within the account

  • Set strategic direction to drive long-term growth and impact

  • Align Nteractive and client organizational structures for scalability

  • Identify and lead new growth and advisory opportunities

  • Own account financial performance, budgets, and profitability

  • Partner with the CCO and Global Head of Client Services on financial targets

  • Mentor and develop high-performing teams

  • Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams

  • Represent Nteractive on-site at major client events

  • Lead client feedback and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Support high-profile pitches and RFPs

  • Act as the voice of the client at executive level

  • Network within the industry to build future talent pipelines

  • Ensure strong governance and operational excellence

Skills & Experience

  • Senior-level project and account management experience

  • Excellent financial and commercial acumen

  • Experience with contract management

  • Advanced Excel and strong general ICT skills

  • Background in large-scale events, conferences, or experiential programs preferred

Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 
  
Compensation is determined on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience, along with its relationship to the base salaries of current team members that are similarly situated.
