We’re looking for a driven and commercially focused Senior Manager, Business Development to play a key role in accelerating Nteractive’s growth in the US market. This is a senior, client-facing role for a natural networker, strategic thinker, and confident deal-maker who thrives on building relationships and converting opportunity into long-term partnerships.
What you'll be doing
Key responsibilities include:
Expanding Nteractive’s client base by generating and nurturing high-quality leads through the sales funnel
Building strong relationships with senior decision-makers at prospective clients
Interpreting client needs and shaping compelling outreach and sales messaging
Leading net new business activity from first conversation through RFP/RFI and win stage
Managing the RFP/RFI deal team process in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Developing and executing engagement strategies that convert prospects into clients
Identifying strategic growth opportunities based on market insights and emerging trends
Representing Nteractive at industry events, meetings, and networking functions
Strengthening internal alignment to ensure Nteractive’s full offering is consistently presented
Supporting the development of high-quality proposals and pitch materials
What you will bring
We’re looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial business development leader with strong commercial instincts and exceptional relationship-building skills.
You’ll need:
Proven experience building partnerships and long-term client relationships
Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing complex deals
Strong networking and prospecting capability
Experience assessing and responding to prospective client needs
Strong business and financial acumen with an understanding of profitability drivers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to see both opportunity and risk
Highly organized, self-motivated, and solutions-focused approach
