The Senior Sales Enablement role within Sponsorship Experiences is pivotal in empowering our sales and operations teams to deliver outstanding results for clients. Working closely with senior commercial leaders, you’ll ensure the sales organisation can focus on what matters most — selling — while you build the structure, tools, and reporting needed to enable high performance. 

You’ll be both collaborative and proactive, acting as the right hand to the Head of Sales/Sales Director, supporting leadership and deputising when required. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves enabling others, and brings clarity, organisation, and drive to a growing function. 

Up to 20% travel will be required. 

What you'll be doing

As Senior Sales Enablement, you’ll ensure the Sponsorship Sales team is set up for success by building scalable processes, providing operational structure, and enabling data-driven decisions. You’ll work across sales, operations, client and success teams to ensure our people, tools, and reporting drive strong commercial outcomes. 

Key responsibilities include: 

Enablement & Leadership 

  • Act as second-in-charge to the Head ofSponsorshipSales/SponsorshipSales Director, stepping in to lead asrequired.
  • Support the onboarding and mentoring ofnew salestalent.
  • Ensure the sales team is focused on the most impactful activities.
  • Foster collaboration across sales, operations,successand client teams.
  • Identifyand resolve roadblocks quickly tomaintainmomentum.
  • Represent sales and operations teams in internal and client meetings.
  • Role-modelNteractivevalues in every interaction.

Sales Support 

  • Provide day-to-day support to theSponsorship Sales team and commercial leadership.
  • Continuously improve sales processes for operational efficiency.
  • Support sales launches and consolidation of target lists, ensuring compliance.
  • Assistin planning and preparing for client meetings.
  • Ensure pricing and product listings are consistentlyaccurateacross tools and documents.
  • Support new initiatives to enhance commercial performance.

Reporting & Business Insights 

  • Create, update, and interpret executive-level reports and dashboards.
  • Support sales progress updates and status calls.
  • Track and manage inventory across multiple global events.
  • Produce briefs and overviews to support decision-making and communication.

What you will bring

We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and commercially minded operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys enabling others to perform. 

You should have: 

  • 5+ years’ sponsorship sales experience, including team leadership.
  • Proven project management capability across multiple, deadline-driven programmes.
  • Experience delivering outstanding client service.
  • Advancedproficiencyacross Office 365 — especially Excel.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail.
  • A positive, solutions-focused, can-do mindset.
  • Ability to work at pace and under pressure.

Compensation: $125,000 - $135,000 (OTE $160k) 

Compensation is determined on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience, along with its relationship to the base salaries of current team members that are similarly situated.
