We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Registration Director to lead registration strategy, delivery, and innovation for one of Nteractive’s highest-value clients. This senior, client-facing role combines operational excellence, strategic oversight, and hands-on leadership — ensuring every attendee journey, workflow, and data process reflects best-in-class execution and partnership.
What you'll be doing
Key responsibilities include: 

Strategy & Planning 
  • Owning the end-to-end registration strategy for the client’s flagship event and broader program of events
  • Defining registration scope, milestones, and critical paths, ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs
  • Supporting forecasting, resourcing, and planning for all registration activity within the account
  • Maintaining accountability for data accuracy, GDPR compliance, and adherence toNteractive’sISO27001 standards
Execution & Delivery 
  • Managing and executing the hands-on build and configuration of registration systems (RainFocus), including attendee packages, workflows, and logic
  • Implementing robust QA, UAT, and release management processes for every project
  • Overseeing all onsite registration, badging, and troubleshooting for live event delivery
  • Managing supplier and vendor relationships for registration hardware, staffing, and logistics
Leadership & Collaboration 
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a dedicated registration team of managers, coordinators, and contractors
  • Acting as the senior point of contact for registration strategy, builds, and operations
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams (Housing, Speaker & Content, Creative, Comms, and Production)
  • Partnering closely with the client and internal teams to drive innovation and consistency across all event cycles
Insights & Innovation 
  • Driving post-event reporting, data insights, and continuous improvement plans
  • Championing new technologies, workflows, and integrations to enhance the attendee experience
What you will bring
We’re looking for a confident, strategic, and data-driven leader who can blend hands-on expertise with big-picture thinking.

You’ll need:
  • 10+ years in registration or event-technology roles with advanced RainFocus expertise
  • Proven experience managing long-term client relationships and complex event portfolios
  • Deep understanding of enterprise-scale event ecosystems
  • Strong leadership skills with experience developing high-performing teams
  • Commercial acumen and supplier management experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and relational databases
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Calm, solutions-focused mindset under pressure
  • A track record of delivering high-quality, compliant, and innovative registration solutions

Other Requirements 
  • Quiet home environment from which to work 
  • Minimum of 25MB download and 2MB upload speed for home broadband capacity to meet Nteractive’s homeworking requirements
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones as required
  • Liking for and ability to undertake international travel throughout the calendar
  
Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 
 
Compensation is determined on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience, along with its relationship to the base salaries of current team members that are similarly situated.
