About Nteractive
Midweight 2D Designer
Location: UK (Hybrid working)
At Nteractive, we bring experiences to life. From global events and broadcast moments to powerful digital campaigns and live brand activations, we help some of the world’s biggest brands connect with their audiences in extraordinary ways.
We are specialists in the technology sector. Working across experiential campaigns, product launches, conferences, exhibitions, VIP experiences, internal comms, and beyond, we create design-driven experiences that inspire and engage.
We’re looking for a Midweight 2D Designer to join our growing Creative Studio — delivering imaginative, strategically aligned design across digital, print, and live environments. You’ll collaborate with talented creatives to take ideas from concept to polished output, shaping experiences that captivate audiences across formats and platforms.
This role is ideal for a designer with strong craft skills, great attention to detail, and an appetite for learning and developing within a fast-paced creative studio environment.
What you'll be doing
As a Midweight 2D Designer, you’ll contribute to the creation and delivery of outstanding design across a wide range of projects. Working alongside Senior Designers, Directors, and cross-functional teams, you’ll help transform ideas into bold, beautifully executed design.
Key responsibilities include:
• Contribute to the development of creative concepts for digital, print, and live brand experiences
• Translate briefs and creative direction into clear, elegant design solutions, from concept through to final delivery
• Conduct research into design trends, user behaviours, and innovation to inform fresh creative thinking
• Confidently present design rationale to internal teams — and occasionally directly to clients
• Collaborate closely with Creative and Production teams to produce artwork, templates, and brand assets in line with project and brand requirements
• Support the creation of branding and wayfinding materials for live activations
• Take ownership of smaller design tasks within larger projects, delivering accurate and high-quality work on time
• Actively seek feedback to continue developing your creative skills and craft
• Contribute positively to the creative culture and uphold Nteractive’s values
What you will bring
We’re looking for a curious, motivated designer with strong craft skills and a passion for creating impactful visual experiences.
You should have:
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• 2–4 years’ experience in a design role — ideally within an events, creative, or brand experience agency
• Understanding of how design applies across digital and live environments, including print, screen, motion, and physical spaces
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and composition
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• BA (or equivalent) in Graphic Design or similar is preferred, but not essential
• Bonus, not required: experience with 3D, motion, Figma, or artworking
Why you'll love working here
You’ll be joining a passionate, collaborative creative team who deliver extraordinary experiences for high-profile global brands.
You’ll enjoy:
• Opportunities to work across a wide range of design challenges and creative environments
• A fast-paced and varied creative landscape — no two days are the same
• A supportive team environment committed to growth, innovation, and excellence
• Opportunities to learn from experienced senior creatives and develop your craft
