About Nteractive
Account Co-ordinator
Location: UK (Remote-first with monthly travel to Staines office)
At Nteractive, we bring experiences to life. Whether it’s global events, internal communications, or transformative campaigns, we help some of the world’s biggest brands connect with their people in extraordinary ways. And none of that happens without the right people, in the right place, at the right time.
We are specialists in the technology sector. We create incredible live brand experiences – the sort that really make a difference. Experiential marketing campaigns, product launches, conferences, incentive programmes, exhibitions, VIP experiences, store launches, hospitality programmes, digital campaigns, brand films, internal communications programmes and much more.
The Account Co-ordinator plays a vital role in the smooth running of our Client Services team — supporting the delivery of high-profile events and projects through outstanding organisation, communication, and collaboration. You’ll be the operational heartbeat behind the scenes, ensuring schedules are aligned, information is accurate, and stakeholders are supported at every step.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and loves making things run like clockwork. If you're proactive, people-focused, and eager to grow in the world of events and experiential marketing — this is your opportunity.
What you'll be doing
As Account Co-ordinator, you’ll support project delivery across multiple client accounts, ensuring documentation, systems, and processes are consistently managed to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing day-to-day administrative and logistical support to the Client Services team
• Maintaining accurate project data across systems such as Skills Workflow, SharePoint and Monday.com
• Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and circulating agendas and actions
• Preparing client-facing documents including onboarding packs, timelines, presentations and budget templates
• Collating feedback, surveys and post-event reports
• Ensuring compliance with internal processes and Information Security standards
• Delivering clear and professional communication across clients, colleagues, and suppliers
• Proactively prioritising multiple tasks and anticipating challenges before they arise
• Demonstrating and championing Nteractive’s values in everything you do
What you will bring
We’re looking for a proactive team player who is highly organised, people-oriented and ready to learn.
You should have:
• 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or customer-focused role
• A keen interest in client services within a creative agency or events.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence communicating clearly — both written and verbal
• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with a positive "can-do" attitude
• Familiarity with tools like SharePoint or Monday.com (bonus, not essential)
• Previous exposure to events, agencies or creative environments is advantageous but not required
Other Requirements• Quiet home working setup with broadband speed of minimum 25MB download / 2MB upload
• Ability to travel to our UK office in Staines (near Heathrow) once a month or as required
• Willingness to travel internationally (20–30% of the time)
• Flexibility to work occasional hours across time zones
Why you'll love working here
You’ll play a key role in bringing extraordinary experiences to life, working with a friendly and supportive team who value collaboration, innovation and excellence.
You’ll enjoy:
• A fast-paced, creative environment where every day is different
• Opportunities to develop your career in events and client services
• Being part of a high-performing team with shared values and purpose
