We’re looking for an experienced and highly organized Senior Project Manager to own the delivery of complex, large-scale events or workstreams within larger programs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on managing multiple moving parts, leading teams, and creating seamless, high-quality client experiences that exceed expectations. 
What you'll be doing
  • Translate client objectives into detailed project plans and timelines.
  • Lead the project management of large, complex events or specific workstreams.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, budgets are met, and deadlines are achieved.
  • Negotiate and manage supplier and venue contracts to ensure value for money and commercial viability.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers, positioning Nteractive as trusted experts.
  • Create, monitor, and proactively manage event budgets, flagging issues early and finding solutions.
  • Provide on-site leadership, guiding internal teams, suppliers, and venue staff to deliver flawless execution.
  • Analyze post-event data and feedback to identify trends and deliver improvement plans for future events.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members to build skills and confidence.
  • Champion and continuously improve Nteractive’s Project Management Framework for efficiency and consistency.
What you will bring
  • Significant experience in project and logistical management within an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex conferences and events.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and contracts.
  • Advanced Excel skills and overall ICT proficiency.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under pressure while maintaining high standards.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and solution-focused with a “can-do” mindset.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.

Other Requirements 
  • Quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25MB download / 2MB upload).
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
  • Ability and willingness to undertake international travel throughout the year.
  
Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000  
  
Compensation is determined on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience, along with its relationship to the base salaries of current team members that are similarly situated.
