We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-driven People & Culture Administrator to join our growing People & Culture team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment, is passionate about people, and wants to grow their career in People & Culture while supporting the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
As
People & Culture Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the People & Culture team across the full People and Talent lifecycle– from onboarding new hires to maintaining HR & Talent systems and supporting company-wide initiatives. No two days are the same, and you’ll gain exposure to a broad range of HR activities in a dynamic, collaborative team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and issuing contracts, letters, and official documentation for new and existing employees.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and updating the HRIS.
- Monitoring the HR inbox and responding to day-to-day employee queries.
- Coordinating employee recognition initiatives (e.g., birthdays, gifts, awards).
- Administering employee benefits, including quotes, enrolments, and records.
- Organising training bookings and maintaining learning & development records.
- Assisting with team events, socials, and company activities.
- Providing administrative support on ad hoc HR projects.
- Preparing HR data reports, engagement surveys, and compliance documentation (e.g., right-to-work checks, DSE assessments).
- Supporting Talent Acquisition administration when needed – scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and keeping systems updated.
What you will bring
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, professional, and passionate about people. You’ll combine strong administration skills with excellent communication and a collaborative mindset.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- HR or Business Administration degree, or CIPD Level 3 qualification (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with HR software/HRIS. (Personio experience a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
- High levels of organisation, attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion.

Other Requirements
- Hybrid working office-based 1–2 days per week, with a quiet home working environment.
