We’re looking for a Sponsorship Experiences Manager to support sponsor and exhibitor fulfilment across a Client's upcoming international tour stops in Madrid, São Paulo, and Mexico City.
What you'll be doing
As Sponsorship & Exhibition Experience Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for sponsors and exhibitors, ensuring their packages are delivered seamlessly from planning through to onsite execution. You’ll be supported by established processes, templates, and a collaborative events team.
Key responsibilities include:- Partner with sponsors and exhibitors to support them with planning their participation and ensure smooth delivery of the bespoke package
- Creating success materials (from templates) and sharing with the sponsors, running sponsors support calls, creating and sending newsletters (from a template).
- Reminding sponsor of deadlines whilst tracking completed and outstanding deliverables.
- Receiving information from sponsors (through a tool or via email), reviewing and then getting to the right workstreams to ensure smooth completion of the package.
- Provide hands-on guidance to sponsors pre-event and onsite, ensuring a great experience.
- Collaborate closely with the wider events team, using existing tools and templates to streamline work.
Event Schedule:- Madrid: February 9 -10, 2026
- São Paulo: April 8 - 9, 2026
- Mexico City: April 20 - 21, 2026
(Approx. 68 days of support required between November 2025 - April 2026)
What you will bring
We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised, commercially savvy and passionate about delivering value for sponsors in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Experience in sponsorship/exhibitor delivery or a transferable client service/project management role
- Proven ability to manage sponsorship and exhibitor packages end-to-end
- Experience dealing with complex clients in a professional manner
- Strong relationship builder with sponsors, vendors and internal stakeholders
- Track record of running multiple projects simultaneously and to budget
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Highly organised with an exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working under pressure and across multiple high-profile events
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Business acumen and intellectual curiosity
- Experience working with Microsoft tools and ecosystems desirable
