We’re looking for a friendly, organised and people-focused IT Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an office-based role for someone who loves technology, thrives on helping others, and brings clarity and structure to fast-moving environments. 
What you'll be doing
As IT Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for all things IT—helping colleagues face-to-face and remotely to stay connected, productive and supported. You’ll manage our help desk, set up and decommission devices, and ensure the smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees across our global team. 
 
Key responsibilities include: 
  • Setting up and maintaining hardware (Windows and Mac laptops, iPhones, Android phones) and peripherals
  • Providing first-line support via help desk, video calls and in person
  • Monitoring and triaging help desk tickets in line with SLA and KPIs
  • Managing IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, allocation, and decommissioning
  • Tracking equipment and software usage to ensure compliance and record accuracy
  • Handling onboarding and offboarding processes across the organisation
  • Coordinating hardware logistics across the UK, US and international locations
  • Liaising with suppliers and processing IT invoices and orders
  • Supporting Microsoft 365 and Entra administration (desirable)
  • Creating knowledge base articles and sharing best practices internally
  • Supporting the IT and Operations team with licensing and compliance registers
What you will bring
We’re looking for someone who is approachable, proactive, and dependable—someone who combines technical capability with excellent communication and customer service skills. 
  • Proven experience in an IT support or coordination role
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Experience managing help desk ticketing systems and SLAs
  • Comfortable supporting users in-person and via video (Teams)
  • Experience with IT asset management, procurement and lifecycle tracking
  • Organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with onboarding/offboarding employees
  • A natural problem solver with a helpful and professional approach
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Entra, and ITSM platforms (desirable)
