Position Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a US based Partner Success Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing a seamless delivery of sponsorship packages, working with a small set of high-profile accounts which are strategically important to our client. Partner Success Manager will act as the primary point of contact for these clients acting as an extension of the sales and fulfilment teams as the sponsor transitions from investment to execution.
The Partner Success Manager will ensure the sponsor is fully supported in executing their sponsorship and generating the expected ROI. Success in this role will be dictated by successful delivery and execution of the sponsors investments as well as YoY retention and expansion.
Skills, experience, and competencies
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experiences:
- Significant experience of working in Sponsorship teams as an Account Manager or CSM in a similar size event agency
- Proven experience of managing demanding clients, helping and supporting them to make the most of their investment
- Proven project management skills at a senior level, running multiple projects to deadlines and budget
- Strong financial, business and marketing acumen
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint to create financial views and custom proposals with the sales lead
And should exude the following competencies:
- Strong inter-personal skills to develop effective relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues
- Ability to work collaboratively and respect the views of others
- Highly motivated and passionate with a can-do approach to finding solutions and delivering customer service
- Strong, persuasive communicator both written and verbally
- Passionate about the client experience which evolves into excellent customer service skills and client focus
- Strong diplomacy and negotiating skills
- Highly organized with good attention to detail
- Ability to work at pace and under pressure
Base: $95k - $100k
Compensation is determined on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience, along with its relationship to the base salaries of current team members that are similarly situated.
